MAKING CHILDREN’S BIRTHDAY PARTIES MAGICAL IN CROYDON AND BEYOND

Big Bounce Inflatable Hire Ltd’s staff will set up hired equipment so it is safe for use at time of set up. The Hirer is required to adhere to the safety instructions in these terms and conditions at all times and thereafter is solely responsible to make sure safety procedures are followed.

 

1. Adults and Children must not use the Bouncy Castle/Inflatables at the same time (Adults are classed from 17 year and above).

2. Please try and keep a balanced age/size of users to avoid older children falling onto younger children.

3. No food, drink, confectionery or chewing gum whilst using the Hired Equipment.

4. All shoes, spectacles, jewellery, or sharp objects are to be removed before using the Bouncy Castle/Inflatables.

5. Please do not use anything that may permanently stain or deface our Bouncy Castles/Equipment. Cleaning charges may apply.

6. The Bouncy Castle/Inflatable MUST always be supervised by a responsible adult.

7. Maximum users of the Bouncy Castle/Inflatable depends on the size of Bouncy Castle/Inflatable and the size of users so please use sound judgement to not overcrowd the Bouncy Castle/Inflatable at any time.

8. Users are forbidden to climb onto the walls of the Bouncy Castles/Inflatable, this is dangerous and can cause damage to the Equipment.

9. No smoking, bonfires or BBQs within the vicinity of the Hired Equipment.

10. IMPORTANT – we stake down our Bouncy Castles/Inflatables to comply with regulations so that the Bouncy Castle/Inflatable is safe for use, however, Bouncy Castles/Inflatables are not safe for use in heavy rain, do no re-use unless the Bouncy Castle/Inflatable is completely dry. Should there be excessive winds during the period of Hire please do not take any risks, stop use and contact us.

11. No person should be under the influence of alcohol, drugs or any other substances while using our Hired Equipment.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

 

We will cancel outside Bouncy Castle/Inflatables Bookings for the following reasons: –

 

• Heavy rain

• High winds

• Outdoor hard surfaces

• If there are any Obstacles around the area of use, i.e. trees, walls, entry/exit points

• We are concerned for the safety of the user

• Foreseeable damage to the Equipment

If you have ordered a Bouncy Castle/Inflatable from us and the weather changes prior to delivery or looks like it may change and is cause for concern regarding safety during use, we are happy for you to cancel without charge, but if you have not made the decision to cancel and we have set up your Inflatable and the weather then changes the charge will still apply.

Deposits: As per our T&Cs, which you have agreed to 

Deposits: Are for holding your item/s on the date that you choose. Also known as a ‘holding deposit’.

Deposits can not be transferred to a different date.

Deposits for any bookings will not be refunded or transferred if you cancel or change your date or items. You will need to make a new online booking if a new date is now required.

Deposits will be lost due to us ‘holding your product/s’ stopping someone else from booking on the date you requested along with our admin fee, having to re hire/loss of hire If cancelled prior to 24 hours.

Space Requirements:
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the setup area is suitable and safe for the equipment booked. The area must be measured and prepared before the hire date. If our team arrives and the space is not adequate—due to incorrect measurements or any other reason beyond our control—we will be unable to proceed with the setup. In such cases, no refund will be issued. We strongly advise all customers to double-check space requirements and ensure everything is sorted in advance of the hire.

​Cancellation Policy:
If you wish to cancel your booking, you must provide at least one week’s notice prior to the hire date. Cancellations made with less than one week’s notice will not be eligible for a full refund. This is due to the time and resources allocated to your booking, which cannot be recovered at short notice. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
