FAQs For Inflatable Hire
What do I get for the price you charge?
You will get a clean and safe inflatable. You will get the blower, leads, RCD breaker, safety mats, pegs or sand bags and shower cover if the inflatable comes with One. You will also get delivery, set up, collection and pack away. You will also be provided with full instructions on paper to keep for operating the equipment and safety instructions plus great customer service with a smile. This will all be done by a professional, uniformed operator.
Are your Bouncy castle clean and safe for use?
We take great pride in our equipment and clean our Bouncy castles often and disinfect them. All of our inflatable’s are safety tested once a year and hold safety certificates. We are a full time business so we dedicate all of our time to maintaining the equipment not just hiring it out in any old condition like some do.
When and how do I pay?
Payment for Bouncy castles in on delivery and in cash only. If payment is not available on delivery we will not allow you to have the item but you will still have to pay because you made the booking. If you can not pay via cash then we can arrange other methods but this must be pre arranged and paid into our bank no less than 7 days before your delivery date.
Do I have to pay a deposit?
No deposit is required, however, you will be fully responsible for any cleaning costs and damage costs and loss of bookings if you miss treat our equipment.
How do I book?
Give us a call or email and we will talk over your requirements. We will take all the relevant details then confirm your booking via email or post. If your booking for home use then you can book online.
When are your items available?
Our services are available 7 days a week all year around. We are not available Xmas eve, xmas day, boxing day, and new years day.
Do you hire over night?
We can do this but the location needs to be safe and there is a small additional charge of £20. Over night collection will be made at some point the next day from 7am but you do not need to be around for us to make collection so long as we can get to the item. Over night hire must be pre arranged. A charge of £20 will also be added if you ask for the item past 8:30pm because a hire past 8:30pm is classed as an over night hire to.
Can I cancel if wet?
You can make a free wet weather cancellation but you can only do this on the day and it dose need to be a wet day, an odd shower will not allow you to make a free wet weather cancellation.
Can my bouncy castle be set up on a slope?
If it is a very slight slope then this will be ok but anymore than a very slight is not ok.
How much space do I need?
Normally you need about 2ft each side, 5ft and the back and 5ft at the front. This is to allow safe room and for pegging down and for fitting the blower. Some odd shaped inflatables like bouncy & slide castles and assaults need more room. Please ask before you book. If we arrive and the item will not fit you will still have to pay for it.
Can you man the item for us?
Sometimes we can offer this. Please email or call with your requirements.
Can my Bouncy castle go onto an outdoor hard standing?
Yes they can so long as you inform us before delivery so that we can bring the correct safety equipment.
Can my item be used indoors?
Yes all of our items can be used indoors but please make sure the venue is the correct size and that you inform us befor delivery. If the item dose not fit when we arrive you will still have to pay for it.
I do not have an electrical plug socket so can I still hire from you?
All inflatables will be provided with a electrical blower but you will need a plug socket for us to power the blower. We cannot use your extension leads so we provide these with fitted RCD breakers, however for safety reasons they can only be run up to 50m after this you will need to hire a petrol blower from us or you can use your own generator that must be no less than 3.5KVA in power. Our assault courses use Two blowers so Two sockets will be required. We can only use our PAT tested leads not your personal leads.
The only way to my back garden is to go into my house so can I still have a bouncy castle?
We can only take bouncy castles up to the size of 12ft x 15ft into your house to get to the back garden. Slides and bigger inflatables cannot go into a house. If we have to use your house then we take no responsibility for any damage that may happen to your home or belongings. Because the Bouncy castles are heavy they are transported with sack trucks. Remember that if it has been raining and we collect the castle wet then the water will drip onto your floor on the way out. You must inform us before arrival if we need to go into your house with a Bouncy castle to get to the garden.
Can adult's use kids Bouncy castle's?
Children’s Bouncy castle's are made for children only and are not designed to take adult's. There is a number of other reasons why adult's cannot use kid's castle's and the most important one is that it is not safe. If you think an adult may use the castle then please hire an adult Bouncy castle. Any damage has to be paid for by you so don’t run the risk thinking you can get away with a kids castle for an adult party. Damage costs start at £150.
What time will you deliver my castle?
If your Bouncy castle is going to your home then we have a set delivery and collection time. All items will arrive at some point between 7.30am and 11.00am and we make our first collection at 5.30pm and work up to around 8.30pm. Please call us for other times for events, halls and over night hire.
